Hardware / Software fusion
Engineering of hardware has had significant improvements from idea to product delivery, notably from industry 1.0 to now impending 4.0. Mass manufacture and material manipulation has driven great advancements and capabilities of realising a level of engineering that has surpassed expectation. However the biggest and most influential advancement has been software fused with hardware, reaching autonomous abilities with high level efficiencies, functions and updatability. Hardware alone can be effective, likewise with software, both have advantages within their single formats. But when fused together the possibilities are exponential, with certain industries benefiting from this such as automotive, handheld and wearable device products. It is apparent that there is a hybrid called Fuseware that requires the existing engineering practices to sinter.
